• "Hello" – our conversational onboarding and matching platform.
• "Compass" and "Harbor"– Hello's AI guides for job seekers and organisations respectively.
• "Job seeker" – an individual who builds a profile to be matched to content and opportunities.
• "Organisation" – an entity that sets up a presence and publishes content and opportunities.
• "Your Data" – all data you provide to or generate within the Service, including profiles, organisation content, and conversation transcripts.

You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to form a contract; the Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You must not:

1. Resell or sublicense the Service.
2. Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
3. Violate anti-spam, privacy, or anti-discrimination laws.
4. Post false, misleading, or fraudulent profiles, content, or opportunities.
5. Upload malware, conduct unauthorized testing, or interfere with security.

• Your Data remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide and improve the Service, including generating matches.
• Our IP – all rights in the Hello software, models, and documentation remain ours.
• Consents – organisations are responsible for obtaining any consents required to process data they collect through the Service about candidates.

Matches and recommendations are algorithmic and may contain errors or bias. You must apply human judgment before acting on them. We provide them "as is", without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Hello does not guarantee any placement, hire, or outcome.

Our separate Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. By using the Service you acknowledge that processing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or profiling.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harvest or scrape data about other users.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.

You will defend and indemnify Guideway Labs against any third-party claims arising from (a) your misuse of the Service, (b) infringement caused by Your Data, or (c) your violation of law or these Terms.

THE SERVICE AND ALL MATCHES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND AT YOUR OWN RISK, WITH NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guideway Labs' aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, or as required by law. Upon termination your licence ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (including §§ 4, 5, 9–11, 13) survive.

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Wilmington, Delaware; both parties waive jury trials and class actions to the extent permitted by law.
